Electronic Monitoring Device Program (EMD)

Please join the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Foundation’s fight against crime!

The CMPF is working on initiatives to fund a program to electronically monitor up to 100 chronic offenders who are considered a high risk to our community.

The program would target chronic offenders in the crime categories including robbery, auto theft, burglary, and assault, including domestic assault.
